I'm incredulous that a company won't even honor the warranty on a high priced product not even a year old. I'm amazed that such a highly regarded product would just fall apart like this. Epos (what sennheiser rebranded themselves into for the gaming market?) decided they were physically abused based on the pictures I provided via their "support" webpage and denied the warranty. ![]() They've never been abused when they weren't on my head, they were on a headset stand. ![]() ![]() A little over a month ago, they fell apart when I picked them up off the stand.
